Questions
Is this a webinar?
No. Every session is live and hands-on, built on your team's own work and tools, with a prep call beforehand. Each one ends with a one-page rules sheet for your compliance office to sign off on.
Which AI tools does the training cover?
Whichever tools your organization has or is choosing, including internal ones. Sessions use only business accounts set so the AI company never trains its models on your data, never consumer accounts.
How is the executive briefing different from the AI Leadership Workshop?
The briefing is 90 minutes of teaching for leaders. The AI Leadership Workshop is a half-day working session, $3,500, that ends in decisions: a ranked shortlist of AI uses, a one-page AI use policy draft and a 90-day plan. If you book the workshop within 90 days of a briefing, the $1,800 comes off its fee.
How big can a group be?
Up to 25 people a session, so everyone takes part. Larger groups are split into more sessions, or the extra is priced in writing.
Remote or on site?
Either. Remote sessions run on your video platform. On-site sessions in San Diego County carry no travel charge, and travel beyond it is billed at cost.
Does any patient data get used in training?
No. Exercises use synthetic or de-identified material (patient details removed) that your organization approves in advance.
What does the team keep afterward?
A playbook of the prompts and patterns built in the room, the rules sheet and tool cheat sheets, and on the enablement program an AI use policy draft your compliance office can finish and adopt. Kent Applied keeps the curriculum; your team gets a perpetual internal-use license to what was delivered.
