AI Readiness Sprint

Two weeks, $9,500, fixed. We find where your staff's hours go, rank the AI uses that would pay for themselves, build a working prototype of the best one and give you a costed roadmap.

Led by Tyler Kent, who has designed and shipped 10+ AI products to production. His background

Built for

  • Hospitals, health centers, medical groups and health-tech companies asked for an AI plan
  • Organizations with several AI pilots and no plan connecting them
  • Leaders who want to know what to skip before they buy
  • Teams that want to try a working tool before paying for a build

Why it's worth it

Today

AI ideas arrive one at a time, from vendors, staff and the board, and nobody can say which would save real hours. Pilots start without a baseline, so later no one can tell whether they worked.

After

In two weeks you know the three uses that pay for themselves, what each costs to build and run, and which to skip. Your team has already tried a prototype of the first one.

What you get

  1. Days 1–3

    Where the hours go

Interviews with the people who do the work and a look at the systems they use: the EHR, scheduling, billing, the shared inbox and fax queue, and the spreadsheets. We sum up what we find on one page that shows how many hours each workflow takes.

  2. Days 4–8

    Ranked opportunities

Each credible AI use scored by hours saved against what it costs to build and run, plus the ones to skip and why.

  3. Days 4–8

    A working prototype

A first working version of the top idea, such as a tool that drafts replies to the billing inbox. It runs on sample or de-identified data (patient details removed) so your team can try it.

  4. Days 9–10

    Readout and roadmap

The top three opportunities, with what each costs, which to do first and what could go wrong, walked through with your leaders and delivered as an editable document in your template, ready for the board.

Your team's time

About three hours in week one, two hours in week two, and a 60- to 90-minute readout.

Most of it is interviews with the people who do the work, such as the front desk lead, the billing manager or a charge nurse. They know where the hours go.

Questions

Do you need patient data?

No. The Sprint runs on sample or de-identified data, meaning patient details are removed. Nothing with patient information leaves your systems.

Is the prototype real software?

Yes. It's a working first version that your team can use on sample data in week two. The roadmap says what it would take to run it every day.

What if AI won't pay off for us?

Then we tell you early. If we find nothing worth building in the first three days, we stop and return your deposit.

How is this different from the workshop?

In the AI Leadership Workshop, your leaders spend a half day making decisions based on what they already know. The Sprint spends two weeks measuring where the hours go, puts a cost on each idea and builds a prototype of the best one.

What happens after?

Nothing is required. You can run the roadmap yourselves, have the first item built as a fixed-price Custom AI Tool (the $9,500 counts toward it within 90 days), or bring Tyler in as a fractional AI and data lead.

Book a 20-minute call

Tell us what your board or leadership team is asking about AI. If we can help, you'll get a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours.
