Led by Tyler Kent, who has taught more than 25 courses on AI adoption to leadership teams and staff. His background
Built for
- Hospital, health center and health system leadership teams whose board has asked for an AI plan
- Executives fielding vendor pitches with no shared view of what to buy
- Organizations where staff already use AI tools with no written rules
- Medical practices whose partners and managers want to agree on where AI helps first
Why it's worth it
Today
Your board wants an AI plan, vendors pitch every week, and some staff already use AI tools nobody approved. Each request gets decided on its own, or not at all.
After
In one afternoon your leaders agree on where AI could help first and what a trial would cost. Staff get draft rules, and the next 90 days have owners and dates.
What you get
Before
Agenda call
A 30-minute call with the organizer to agree on who attends and which questions the session has to answer. Bring the AI pitches you've received and the tasks that take your staff the most hours.
In the room
Ranked AI uses
Three to five places AI could help your organization, such as drafting prior authorization letters or sorting the referral fax inbox. Each comes with rough cost, value and what a trial would take.
In the room
A one-page AI use policy draft
What staff may use, for which tasks and with which data, in plain words your compliance lead can finish.
Within a week
A written 90-day plan
Who does what, in what order and what to measure. It arrives with the ranked list and the policy draft as editable documents in your own template, ready for the board.
See how Tyler weighs AI uses
His map of 44 healthcare problems shows which AI tools fit large health systems, community hospitals and health centers, and which need no patient data. His evidence map rates seven areas of AI spending on published evidence.

Who leads it
Tyler Kent
Tyler has helped multiple organizations work out where AI fits and how to put it in place, which is the question your leaders take on in this workshop. His AI adoption courses have reached audiences from executives to first-time users.
He has managed multimillion-dollar budgets many times. He also designs and ships AI products, so he can give your leaders a rough cost for each idea and say what a trial would take.

Questions
Who should attend?
The people who approve AI spending and the people who would run it: usually the CEO or COO, finance, IT or data, compliance, and one or two operational leaders. Five to ten people works best, and a smaller team pays the same price.
Do you need any of our data?
No. Nothing with patient information is shared, and the session needs no system access.
How is this different from staff training?
Staff training teaches people how to use AI. In this workshop your leaders decide where to use it first.
How is this different from the executive briefing?
The executive briefing is 90 minutes of teaching: where AI pays off in healthcare, what it costs and how to govern it. The workshop is a working session about your organization, and it ends in decisions you can act on.
What if we decide AI isn't worth it yet?
That's a fair result. The plan then says what to watch for and when to look again, and the policy draft still covers the tools staff already use.
How does the credit work?
If you book an AI Readiness Sprint, the AI Governance Starter or a first month of the Fractional AI and Data Lead within 90 days of the workshop, the full $3,500 comes off its fee. If you started with the $1,800 executive briefing, that fee comes off the workshop the same way.
Is the policy draft legal advice?
No. It's a working draft in plain language. Your counsel or compliance lead should review it before you adopt it.
