Privacy
What this site collects, why, and how to ask for it to be deleted. Last updated October 19, 2026.
Google Analytics
Pages load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see which pages people read. IP addresses are anonymized, and the script doesn't load at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Google's handling of that data is described in its privacy policy. You can also block the cookies in your browser settings; the site works the same without them.
Server logs
The server that hosts this site records each request: the page, the time, the referring page, your browser type and your IP address. The logs are used to count visits and to spot errors, and older logs are deleted as new ones are written. Some pages also send this server a short anonymous request when you do something, such as search on the TEAM page or press a button. Those requests go into the same log and include no name or contact details.
What you send through a form
The proposal and TEAM forms send what you type to Kent Applied's own server: the written proposal request on the booking page (your name, work email, organization and role, and your answers to the form's other questions, such as what is happening, what it costs today, which systems you use, your timeline and your budget) and the TEAM report request (your name, work email, organization and role, the hospital you want the report on, and anything you want us to look at). What you send is used to reply to you and, for the TEAM form, to prepare and send the report you asked for. It isn't sold.
Tyler works with an AI assistant that reads incoming requests and drafts replies for him. For a written proposal, it drafts a first reply from your answers and the fixed prices on the menu. Text that looks like a patient identifier is removed before the assistant sees it. The assistant runs on an outside AI provider's service, which processes the text under that provider's terms. Tyler reviews, edits and sends every proposal himself. Nothing goes out without his approval.
When a proposal request arrives, the assistant's address, desk@kentapplied.com, sends you a short confirmation. The proposal itself is a private page at a link sent only to you, and 60 days after it is sent the page no longer shows your details.
Please don't send patient information through any form on this site.
Kent Applied Insights email
The sign-up form on the Insights subscription page asks for your email address and first name, and, if you choose to give them, your organization, your role and the topics you care about. It also records the page you signed up on and, when you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the campaign tags in that link and the ad's click ID. To limit abuse of the form, the server keeps a scrambled code made from your IP address that can't be turned back into the address.
Kent Applied uses these details to send you the weekly Insights email and to learn which topics its readers care about. Your name, organization and role are also kept in Kent Applied's list of contacts, so Tyler may write to you himself about Kent Applied's work. Your details aren't sold.
No issue is sent until you confirm your address with the link in the confirmation email. A sign-up that isn't confirmed within 7 days is deleted. The emails come from desk@kentapplied.com.
Every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click takes you off the list at once, with no login. After that, no email from desk@kentapplied.com reaches your address again. You can also reply to any Kent Applied email with the word unsubscribe. To have your details deleted as well, write to the address under Questions or deletion below.
Booking a call
The calendar on the booking page is provided by Cal.com, and calls run on Google Meet. When you book, those services handle the details you enter under their own privacy policies.
Email you send to tyler@kentapplied.com is kept to continue the conversation. Tyler's AI assistant reads it and drafts replies, and Tyler approves each one before it is sent. It isn't sold.
Client data
Data shared during an engagement is covered by that engagement's agreement, not this page. Each statement of work says what data is used, where it stays, and which AI tools touch it. Patient information is handled only under a signed Business Associate Agreement or Data Use Agreement.
