Website, Reviews and Social Desk
One site costs $4,500 to build, then $250 a month, or start with a $1,500 one-time check. Every week the desk checks your website and listings and drafts review replies, fixes and social posts in your colors and logo. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Built for
- Practices where clinicians run the website and social accounts after hours
- Dental and behavioral health offices that answer online reviews
- Health centers and post-acute or senior care operators with many sites, where people need the right hours for each
- Digital health companies that need to know which scripts on their site share visitor data
- Associations whose most-read articles never link to the pages members need
Why it's worth it
Today
Someone updates the website, the Google listing and the social pages when they find a spare evening. Old hours send patients to a closed office, reviews sit unanswered, and one careless reply can confirm that the reviewer was a patient, which can count as disclosing patient information under HIPAA.
After
Each week the desk checks every page and listing and drafts the fixes, review replies and posts. The person you pick to approve them can go through every draft from a phone in under 20 minutes, and nothing goes out until they say yes.
Why it matters
$23,000 and $30,000
A dental practice paid $23,000 and a psychiatric practice paid $30,000 to settle HIPAA cases over replies to online reviews that disclosed patient information.

How it works
A person on your team approves every result
The tool runs these steps on a schedule. Nothing moves past the approval step until someone on your team signs off.
- InputYour public footprintYour website, Google Business Profile, reviews and social pages, plus the updates you send, such as new hours or a new clinician.
- CodeRule checksHours, phone and services compared across your site and listing, plus broken links, accessibility failures and scripts that share visitor data.
- AI modelDraft and flagDrafts a reply to each review, the month's posts and a fix for each finding. Labeled AI notes point out patterns, such as one complaint across several reviews.
- A person approvesYou approveOne tap to approve, edit or reject. Clinical wording goes to a clinician first.
- OutputPosted and reportedApproved replies and posts go live, page fixes go to whoever runs your site, and a monthly email sums up what changed.
What you get
Reviews
Replies that protect privacy
A drafted reply to each new review, from templates that never confirm the reviewer was a patient. A dental practice and a psychiatric practice settled with federal regulators for $23,000 and $30,000 over replies that did.
Social
The month's posts, drafted
Posts drafted from your updates, such as new hours, a new clinician or flu shot dates, on a calendar you approve, with graphics in your colors and logo. Anything clinical goes to a clinician before it posts.
Website and listings
Details that match
Hours, phone, services, clinicians and insurance compared across your site and your Google listing each week. It also finds pages that should link to each other and the accessibility failures automated checks can catch.
Privacy check
Scripts that share visitor data
Every script and tracking pixel that sends visitor data to another company from your public pages, including booking pages and pages about specific health conditions, listed for your compliance officer to judge.
What done means
The first weekly run has finished, your approver has gone through every waiting draft once from a phone, and the first month's posts are approved.
After that, the weekly check runs for two weeks without help, and reviewing the drafts takes your approver under 20 minutes a week.
Choose your version
Each version is a one-time build, then a flat monthly fee that covers hosting and running it on our servers.
What the monthly fee covers
We host the desk and pay its AI usage, watch every weekly run, fix it when a page, listing or platform changes, keep it working as AI models change, and reply by the next business day, with a check-in each quarter. It's month to month with 30 days' notice. If you stop, you keep every template, draft and finding as files.

- Paying by purchase order? There's no deposit: we invoice half at kickoff and half at acceptance, or from $20,000, 25% at kickoff, 35% at a mid-build demo and 40% at acceptance. Acceptance means the “What done means” criteria are met.
- You approve everything before it posts or publishes. Post approved replies yourself, or add us as a manager on your profiles and we post exactly the text you approved.
- The monthly fee is month to month with 30 days' notice, and we reply by the next business day. If you stop, you get every template, draft and finding as files.
- The fee for a smaller first step counts toward the full build if you buy it within 90 days.
- Running three or more of our AI tools? Their monthly fees are capped at $1,000 a month in total. Health system, network and multi-site versions are priced on their own.
Year one is the build plus 12 months of the monthly fee, which includes hosting and AI usage. The build times on this page are measured in weeks of full-time work. Start and finish dates are set in writing in your proposal.
Tyler Kent does this work himself. He has 13+ years in data science and analytics, most of it in healthcare. About Tyler
Where this comes from
It follows the same design as two systems Tyler built, both on the Portfolio page. Sentinel runs 46+ automated checks, in 8 groups, every morning to confirm a live public data platform still matches its sources. Emblema turns a written finding into a finished, on-brand graphic, and a person reviews each one before it publishes. The desk works the same way on your website, listings and social accounts: automated checks find the problems, and a person reviews every draft before it goes out.

Is a listings tool enough for us?
It might be. A listings tool keeps your hours and details current on Google and other directories, and if that's all you need, buy one and stop there. The desk adds the safeguards healthcare needs: replies never confirm that the reviewer was a patient, and anything clinical goes to a clinician before it posts. It also drafts your posts and page fixes.
Why do review replies need a rule?
Federal regulators settled with a dental practice for $23,000 and a psychiatric practice for $30,000 after their replies to online reviews disclosed patient information. Our drafts thank the reviewer and invite them to call, and they never confirm that the reviewer was a patient.
Who publishes the replies and posts?
You do, from the approved drafts. Or add us as a manager on your Google profile and social pages, and we post exactly the text you approved. You can remove that access at any time.
Will the posts look like ours?
Yes. They're written in your voice and use your logo and colors. You approve each one before it goes out, and you can change the calendar any month.
What about pages in other languages?
The multi-site desk checks that each translated page still matches the English facts, such as hours and phone numbers. Translation itself stays with people, because a health program that receives federal funding must have a qualified human translator review any machine translation of text that a patient's rights, benefits or access depend on.
Does the 2027 accessibility rule apply to us?
It may. HHS's Section 504 rule requires organizations that receive HHS funding to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, the web accessibility standard: from May 11, 2027, with 15 or more employees, and from May 10, 2028, for smaller ones. Whether payments such as Medicaid make you a recipient is your compliance officer's call. The desk's weekly check lists the failures automated checks can catch, and a statement that your site conforms also needs manual testing.
Desk or Price Transparency and Accessibility Monitor?
The desk is for practices, clinics, post-acute and senior care organizations, and companies: listings, reviews, posts and a weekly check of your site. The Price Transparency and Accessibility Monitor is for hospitals with a posted price file. Both test accessibility and list the scripts that share visitor data, so if you buy both, those checks run once and report to both.
Do you check our HIPAA risk analysis?
Not here. Your HIPAA risk analysis stays with your compliance officer. The AI Governance Starter covers how staff use AI tools, and it can start from this desk's list of scripts and pixels.
