Why a web app first
A web app installs from a link to a phone's home screen, opens full screen like any other app and updates without an app store review. It also runs on desktops, so one build covers both.
A native iOS or Android build fits when the app needs device features only an installed app can use, and is quoted separately.

One fixed price for the build, and support after the first 30 days is optional at $500 to $1,500 a month.

Payment and terms
- 40% at signing, 30% at a mid-build demo and 30% at acceptance
- Paying by purchase order? There's no deposit: we invoice 25% at kickoff, 35% at a mid-build demo and 40% at acceptance
- You own the code on final payment
- Hosting runs in your own cloud account, paid to the provider directly and estimated in your proposal
- Support after the first 30 days is optional, at $500 to $1,500 a month, month to month
- No stored patient data until a BAA and our insurance are in place

Questions
Will it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. A web app runs on both and on desktops. Staff install it from the browser to the home screen.
Can it store patient information?
Not yet. Apps that store patient data wait until a BAA and insurance are in place. Many useful tools don't need it: schedules, checklists, reference material and operational trackers.
Who hosts it, and what does that cost?
Your organization, in your cloud account or IT environment, and setup is part of the build. You pay the hosting provider directly, and your proposal estimates the monthly cost before you sign.
What about support after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, support is optional at $500 to $1,500 a month, set by the app's size and billed month to month. It covers fixes, updates when something the app depends on changes, and replies by the next business day. Without it, the app keeps running and your team has the code and documentation.
