- Method
- The Universal Report is the main annual UDS submission. HRSA estimates its burden in Federal Register notices under the Paperwork Reduction Act. Both figures come from the notices HRSA sent to OMB for approval, in June 2025 and June 2026. OMB approved the 2026 collection on September 3, 2026, at the total hours HRSA proposed. Respondents are health center award recipients, look-alikes and some nursing grantees: 1,538 for 2025 and 1,596 for 2026.
