Data Warehouse and Reporting
Four to ten weeks, $25,000 to $60,000, fixed before work starts. We bring your EHR, billing, payroll and finance data, or your product database and CRM, into one place with agreed definitions. Then we build the dashboards and recurring reports your teams need, and they refresh on a schedule instead of being rebuilt by hand.

Built for
- Organizations whose reports are rebuilt by hand each month
- Teams with data in several systems and no shared definitions
- Health centers that build their UDS report by hand
- Health-tech companies whose product, CRM and billing data are kept in separate systems and never combined
Why it's worth it
Today
Each month someone exports from the EHR, billing and payroll systems into spreadsheets and rebuilds the same reports by hand. If rebuilding those reports takes two days of a manager's time each month, that's about $11,400 a year at the median health services manager's wage ($59.55 an hour in May 2025, Bureau of Labor Statistics). Two reports count the same measure two ways, so the meeting starts with an argument over which one is right.
After
Data from each system is copied into one place on a schedule, and the reports refresh on their own. Every report counts a measure the same way, so the meeting starts with the decision. Health centers get UDS tables that fill in from the EHR all year, so at the mid-February deadline your team only has to review them.
What you get
Foundation
One warehouse, agreed definitions
A cloud database that copies in data from each of your systems on a schedule, with each measure defined once so every report counts it the same way.
Reporting
Dashboards and recurring reports
The numbers leadership asks for, refreshed on schedule in the dashboard tool you already use, instead of rebuilt by hand.
Health centers
UDS reporting pipeline
UDS is the annual report HRSA requires from every health center in its Health Center Program. Its tables are built from your EHR all year, with HRSA's checks run before submission. Why it matters.
Handoff
Documentation, training and 30 days of fixes
Your team learns to run it and add to it, and you own everything on final payment.
Tyler has built this before
He has led the build of cloud data warehouses at two companies, each with one agreed definition for every measure. On top of them he added self-service analytics at one and embedded dashboards at the other.
Price
One fixed price, written into your proposal. After launch, your cloud warehouse provider bills you directly for usage, and support from us is optional at $500 to $1,500 a month.
Warehouse and reports
For data spread across several systems
Price: from$25,000
Up to $60,000, depending on how many source systems and reports.

Questions
Which tools do you use?
Whatever fits what you already run. Our default is a cloud warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks, with dbt for the agreed definitions and your existing BI tool on top.
Why a range instead of a price?
The price is fixed before work starts. It depends on how many source systems and reports are involved, and the proposal lists them.
What does it cost to run?
Your cloud warehouse bills its storage and computing to your account. The proposal estimates that bill before you sign. The amount depends on how much data you have and how often reports refresh, and because the build runs in your account, you see real bills before launch.
Can staff ask it questions in plain English?
Yes, once the warehouse exists. Self-Service Analytics adds that on top, using the same definitions.
Does the build touch patient data?
Some builds do, such as UDS reporting. Those start once a BAA and our insurance are in place, with access limited to what each report needs.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included, and you own everything on final payment. After that, support is optional at $500 to $1,500 a month, priced by the size of what we built and billed month to month. It covers fixes, failed refreshes, updates when a source system changes, and replies by the next business day.
